I wanted to thank you for the large effort of putting together the recruiters forum. I have received your forum now for about 1 year and every time it comes I am amazed at the effort it must take to put everything together.

A testimony: Recently I applied for one of the positions you advertised on your list. As a contractor at an hourly rate, I negotiated with a company who ad was on your list. They offered an outrageous increase in my hourly wages. As we were down to serious talk and wanting me to make a decision, my current employer decided to match the hourly thereby giving me an increase of $27.50 hourly. At 55 hours a week, my normal routine, the increase comes to an annual upgrade of $72,600 dollars. My employer wants me here for a minimum of 12 months.

Thanks to you and your forum, I am thrilled over the increase in pay.
